ABOUT JOSH JURKOVICH
This is the story of how I stopped striving and started building on the only foundation that holds. It’s not tidy. But it’s true — and it’s still happening.

JOSH JURKOVICH · FOUNDER, LEVEL10 GROWTH
THE FOUNDATION
Rescued at the bottom.
Eleven years ago, Jesus rescued me — from drugs, from alcohol, from a lifestyle that was likely leading to my death. I hit the absolute bottom, at the end of myself, with nothing left to sell and no performance left to give.
And He met me there.
That moment didn’t just change my direction — it became the foundation of everything I build now. Not a value I bolt on. The ground the whole thing stands on.
THE STRIVING
I didn’t know that’s what I was doing. I called it ambition.
After I came to Christ, I fell in love with marketing and growth. I earned a Master’s in Digital Marketing, put over 14,000 hours into study, chased thought leaders across the country, and sat in six-figure consulting rooms. I built the business, the body, the brand, the mind — every domain of my life had a program and a plan.
And it worked, on paper. Hundreds of companies served. Millions in revenue generated. From the outside, I’d made it.
Underneath all of it was a conviction I couldn’t shake: I was made for something bigger. I just kept trying to build it in my own power, for my own proof.
THE ASSIGNMENT

In 2022 — the same year my life broke down and I started seminary at Regent — I went on a hike and asked God what He actually wanted from me. What He put in my gut was clear: lead people to the Kingdom, and trust Me with the rest.
I said no. Not out loud. I just kept building my own thing instead. Every program I launched in that season either died on the pad or burned me out — because I was rejecting the assignment.
Last year, God refined me the hard way, and I finally stopped negotiating.
Grace was never a loan. There was never a debt to repay. There was only ever one order that works.
THE ORDER THAT CHANGES EVERYTHING
Here’s what a decade of striving finally taught me: it was never about what I was building. It was about who I was building it for.
Your business is a build. Your body, your family, your platform, your career — all of it is construction, and all of it is worship. The only question is who it’s for. Get that order right, and everything downstream gets easier: the focus, the consistency, the work that actually ships.
Get it wrong, and no funnel, framework, or playbook will save you — because a worship problem doesn’t respond to a strategy fix.

THE LIFE THAT BUILDS THE BUSINESS.
05 / DOING HARD THINGS
I climb mountains. I run ultramarathons. I do hard things deliberately — to become the kind of man who can carry the calling.
Because it’s not about home runs. It’s about steady singles that compound. You get the person right first, and then the business you build on top of it can actually hold weight.
That’s the whole philosophy behind LEVEL10.
WHAT I BELIEVE
I’m a Christian. That’s not a footnote to how I work — it’s the foundation under it. You don’t have to share my faith to work with me. You just have to know it’s the thing I build from.
I believe money is a tool, not a master. I believe we were each made on purpose, for a purpose. And I believe ‘made for more’ was never about a bigger income — it’s about building a life where your work and your purpose finally coincide.
I’m not here to help you get rich and stay empty. I’m here to help you build something that’s yours, that matters, and that lasts.
WHAT I DO NOW
Today I work as a fractional Chief Growth Officer for Kingdom-minded founders. I install a Growth Operating System into their business, coach them through it, and train their team to run it — so growth stops depending on them being in every seat.
The rare part isn’t the tech or the strategy — plenty of people have that. It’s that I start with the deep questions most consultants skip: purpose, mission, aim. The striving decade built the skills. The surrender built the depth. You get both.
And I’m building my own platform in real time, documenting the climb, teaching exactly what I’m living. I’m my own case study. If it doesn’t work for me, I won’t sell it to you.
THE INVITATION
That tension between what you’re building and Who you’re serving? That feeling that you’re made for more? It’s not a problem to fix. It’s a signal to follow.
Start where it costs you nothing. Find out where you actually stand — and take the first real step toward the business, and the life, you were created to build.
